There was a delay and an issue with the shipping initially however, customer service was great and responsive and I did get my chains delivered. I am more than impressed with the quality and would definitely order from this company again!

I got this thinner rope chain as a bonus gift on my purchase. It works well with stacked necklaces I intend to venture wearing.
I ordered the 3@$99 +free mystery gift for me and my boys. My boys love them. The weight and style of the Gold Cuban 12mm and Silver Cuban 12mm are nice. The chain holds its shape. The iced Cubans are a different story. They are very hollow, lesser quality and because they don’t solder the pieces together like a chain—the bracelet has pulled apart several times. I just cannot recommend the Iced Cubans even though they look flashy because they feel cheap and do not fit the standard construction Havn advertised. I’m not sure how to explain this, but they tangle in themselves because they’re too light (hollow) to hold shape and don’t even sound realistic. If you’re lucky enough to get a free mystery gift the small chain is a nice addition for a simple look. Just don’t wear any of these in a chlorinated pool, around bleach or ammonia.

The 26" small rope chain is a beautiful chain which changes colors in light. Sometimes it reflects rose gold and reflects yellow gold in light. Very nice. Thank You for this necklace.

Disappointed by the inconsistent color and finish I purchased a rope chain, Cuban chain, and iced Cuban bracelet because I expected the pieces to coordinate. Unfortunately, each item is a noticeably different shade of gold, so they do not look like a matching set when worn together. The rope chain was the biggest disappointment. The gold-colored finish does not completely cover the chain, and silver-toned metal can be seen between some of the links. The clasp is also different, and the chain’s light weight, feel, and metallic sound make it seem cheap rather than substantial. I understood that I was not purchasing solid gold, especially at this price, but I still expected a more consistent color, complete coverage, and better overall construction. The jewelry looked more convincing in the product photos than it does in person. Some buyers may be satisfied with it as inexpensive fashion jewelry, but the quality and consistency did not meet my expectations, so I decided to return them.
