RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Havn chains. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 99 days.

Refunds are free for U.S. customers - we’ll send you a prepaid label. Just print the label and drop off your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible for you! Here’s what you need to know:

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 99 days of your purchase.

Condition: Returned items must arrive at our warehouse in their original condition.

Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 2 business days once processed.

Exchanges (First Exchange Per Order): We’ll cover both the return label and the replacement shipping. Please note - replacement units will ship without the gift box or pouch.

Additional Exchanges (Second or More): You’re welcome to exchange again if needed! Just note - you’ll cover the return shipping (RMA), and we’ll cover the outbound replacement. Replacement units will still ship without the gift box or pouch.

One-Time Warranty / Tarnish Claim: If your chain tarnishes or needs a replacement due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll cover both the return label and the replacement shipping - once per order.


SHIPPING LABELS

U.S. Customers:

Refunds and First Exchanges: You’ll receive a free prepaid label to send your item back.

Second Exchanges: We’ll provide return instructions - you’ll cover the return shipping.

Warranty Claims: One-time warranty replacements include a prepaid label from us. 


A FEW EXTRA THINGS TO KNOW

Non-Havn Items: Please only send Havn products - we can’t process non-Havn items.

Complete Returns: If your order included promotional or free items, please return everything to get a full refund.

Ineligible Items: Personalized items, final sale pieces, or limited edition items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Drop-Off Receipts: We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for peace of mind. If there’s an issue with your label or shipping, we’ll work with you to sort it out.
